Update:
The DUI charges have been dropped but the escape charges remain.
This petite, 105 lb. lady was knocked down to the ground by a FHP
Trooper double her weight and was refused a breathalyzer test on scene by
the Trooper yet charged with DUI. A breathalyzer test in jail showed her
at .035, less then half of a drunk reading of .08. How could she be
charged with a DUI? A hearing is being held today to try and get the
charges dismissed. Tell us what you think on our FB page

The Penner Building built by Joseph Penner. He first made his millions
by building post offices. Today his monument stands at the gateway to
Sarasota. It was built around 1986, soon after Penners 77 million dollar
empire collapsed brick by brick.
